A Bold Vision for Hospitality Logistics
In 2002, Cindy and David Barton set out with a bold vision: to build a company dedicated to a single industry — Hospitality Logistics. They saw a need for a partner that could bring accountability, seamless communication and reliability to the complex logistics of hospitality projects. Fueled by passion and purpose, they established Worldwide Freight Management with one mission: to help hospitality procurement teams open properties on time and under budget.
Innovation at the Core
At the heart of this vision was innovation. David brought over 35 years of logistics management experience, coupled with more than two decades of developing specialized hospitality logistics software and procedures. By incorporating custom-built management software, they created a solution that fosters continuous communication between procurement, vendors, carriers, warehouses, installers and ownership. This software — constantly evolving to meet client needs — delivers proactive insights and detailed tracking for every line item across FF&E and OS&E POs.
